1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and 656bet, operator of the platform available at 656bet.click ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with all Terms set out herein.

A 656bet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance via the registered email address or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you may close your account before the changes come into effect.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 656bet, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, promotions, and any other service available on the Platform now or in the future. Supplementary documents, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Rules, form an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Eligibility requirements

To create an account and use 656bet, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF;
• Be an individual — corporate accounts are not accepted;
• Not be prohibited from placing bets by court order, administrative decision, or active self-exclusion;
• Have full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code.

A 656bet verifies the eligibility of all registrations through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Submission of valid identification documents may be requested at any time, particularly prior to the release of the first withdrawal.

2.2 Registration process

Registration at 656bet requires the submission of accurate, current, and complete information, including full name, CPF, date of birth, address, and a valid email. It is the User's sole responsibility to keep their registration details up to date. Providing false information will result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

Each User is entitled to only one active account at 656bet. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, with forfeiture of any linked bonus balances.

3Account Use

3.1 Account security

The User is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials (email and password). 656bet recommends using strong passwords of at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. The account of 656bet is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, assigning, or selling the account to third parties, or allowing another person to use your account to place bets is strictly prohibited. A 656bet is not liable for losses resulting from the User voluntarily sharing their credentials.

3.2 Identity verification (KYC)

To protect all users and meet legal obligations, 656bet may request identification documents at any time. Accepted documents include a national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), or valid passport, along with proof of address issued within the last 90 days. Documents must be submitted within 72 hours of the request. Accounts with pending verification may have withdrawals suspended until the process is complete.

Identity verification is a one-time process for most users. Once approved, your account is cleared for automatic Pix withdrawals in as little as 15 seconds — no repeat verification needed for transactions within the platform's standard limits.

4Bets & Markets

4.1 Placing Bets

Bets placed at 656bet are final at the moment of confirmation. The User is responsible for reviewing all bet details — event, market, selection, and amount — before confirming. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified, except where the cash out feature is available for that specific market.

A 656bet reserves the right to void or suspend bets in the event of an obvious odds error (an odds value that is clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error), match-fixing, breach of these Terms, or any other circumstance that compromises market integrity. In the event of cancellation, the staked amount will be fully refunded to the User's balance.

4.2 Betting limits

A 656bet sets minimum and maximum bet limits per market and per event. The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00. Maximum limits vary depending on the sport, competition, and market selected — these values are displayed directly in the betting interface before confirmation. The platform may adjust limits at any time, especially for high-demand events such as Brasileirão finals or UFC PPV cards.

4.3 Live Betting and Cash Out

Live bets at 656bet are processed in real time with odds updated automatically. During periods of high volatility — such as goals, cards, drops, and comebacks — odds may be temporarily suspended for recalibration. The cash out feature, when available, allows you to settle a bet before the final result, receiving a value calculated based on the odds at the time of settlement.

4.4 Suspended or Canceled Events

If an event is canceled before it begins, all associated bets are automatically voided and the amounts returned to the User's balance. For events that have started but were suspended before reaching the minimum regulation time defined by each sport's rules, bets may be voided or settled in accordance with the specific regulations for that sport, available in the detailed rules for each discipline on the Platform.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted deposit methods

A 656bet accepts the following deposit methods, all in BRL, with no fees for the User:

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Credited in seconds;
• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo;
• Bank slip (Boleto) — settlement period of up to 1 business day;
• Mercado Pago — instant credit;
• PicPay — instant credit;
• TED Transfer — accepted from any bank (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, and others).

The minimum deposit at 656bet is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to anti-money laundering policies and KYC checks applicable to higher-volume transactions.

5.2 Withdrawals

The primary withdrawal method at 656bet is Pix. For accounts with approved identity verification, Pix withdrawals are processed in up to 15 seconds after the request, with no fees and no time restrictions. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. For TED transfers, processing takes up to 1 business day.

Withdrawals may only be made to bank accounts or Pix keys registered in the name of the account holder at 656bet. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. The platform may request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00, in accordance with applicable regulations.

5.3 Rollover requirement before withdrawal

Deposits that have activated a bonus are subject to a rollover requirement before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The real deposited balance, not tied to any bonus, may be withdrawn at any time without restriction, provided there are no pending bets placed with that balance. 6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome bonus

The welcome bonus at 656bet offers a 100% match on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00 in bonus credits. It is available exclusively to new users who have not yet made any deposit. The bonus is credited automatically after the first qualifying deposit of at least R$ 20.00 via Pix or any other accepted payment method.

The welcome bonus is subject to a 5x rollover on the bonus amount received. Bets that count toward the rollover must have minimum odds of 1.30 and may be placed on any sports discipline, Live Casino, slots, or crash games available on the Platform. The rollover must be completed within 30 calendar days of bonus activation. Any unconverted bonus balance remaining after this period will be automatically removed from the account.

6.2 Other promotions

Regular promotions such as weekly cashback, Brasileirão free bets, boosted UFC odds, and slots tournaments have specific terms published on the Promotions. Each promotion has its own rollover requirement (which may be zero, as in the case of the weekly cashback), validity period, and eligibility conditions. The specific terms of each offer take precedence over the general rules in this section in the event of a conflict.

6.3 General bonus rules

• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable between accounts;
• A 656bet may cancel bonuses if abusive use, duplicate accounts, or any violation of the Terms is detected;
• Bets placed at odds below 1.30 do not count toward rollover requirements;
• Real-money balance is always used before bonus balance on bets, unless otherwise indicated;
• The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion with 48 hours' prior notice.

7Casino & Games

A 656bet offers live casino games, slots, crash games, and other digital entertainment titles. All games available on the Platform are provided by certified suppliers and use random number generators (RNG) audited by independent bodies, ensuring unpredictable and unbiased results.

The User acknowledges that casino games involve elements of chance and that no guaranteed strategy, system, or method to win exists. The 656bet makes no representations regarding the likelihood of winnings in casino games beyond the RTP (Return to Player) information displayed in each game's description.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including internet disconnection, server outage, or software error — affected bets are handled in accordance with the specific rules of each game provider. 656bet is not liable for losses resulting from connection failures on the User's end.

8Responsible Gambling

The responsible gambling tools available on 656bet include:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap directly in your account settings;
• Betting limits: set a maximum stake per bet;
• Time alerts: receive notifications when you exceed your planned time on the Platform;
• Reality check: view betting history and real balance at any time;
• Temporary self-exclusion: breaks of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, activated immediately;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure, with no possibility of re-registering under the same CPF.

9Privacy & Personal Data

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at 656bet and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of bonus balance, and possible reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts with the intent of accumulating bonuses or circumventing limits;
• Use of software, bots, scripts, or any form of automation to place bets;

• Attempting to hack, compromise, or overload the Platform's systems;

• Use of the account by anyone under 18 years of age, including with the account holder's consent.

A 656bet uses automated fraud detection systems that monitor for atypical behavior patterns. When suspicious activity is identified, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation. The User will be notified by email and given the opportunity to provide clarification before any final decision is made.

11Account Closure

11.1 Voluntary Closure by the User

The User may request the closure of their account at 656bet at any time by contacting support via live chat or at suporte@656bet.click. Before closure, any open bets will be settled according to their results and any pending withdrawals will be processed as normal. Bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirement will be removed without reimbursement.

11.2 Closure by 656bet

A 656bet may close or suspend accounts of Users who violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of clear fraud. In all other cases, at least 30 days' notice will be given before closure, except in situations requiring immediate action for legal or security reasons. The User's real balance will be returned via Pix or TED once the final verification process is complete, even when the account is closed by the Platform for reasons unrelated to fraud.

12General Provisions

12.1 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute or controversy arising from the use of 656bet shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

A 656bet is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets placed by the User, connectivity failures on the User's end, interruptions caused by third parties (game providers, banking networks, telecommunications operators), or force majeure circumstances. The total liability of the 656bet in any case is limited to the User's real balance on the Platform at the time of the event.

12.3 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling, constitute the entire agreement between the User and 656bet. Any verbal communication from Platform representatives that contradicts what is written in this document has no legal effect.
